I would highly recommend this book for anyone getting started in downsizing. I have been researching this area as a possible second career for myself. I have a shelf of organizing books, but none compare with this book. This is the best how-to book I have ever seen for starting a new career in downsizing as well as providing all the forms I need to get started.
